Last friday GamingSA announced that they were merging GamingSA with iiNet and Westnet’s 3FL Games. Due to concerns regarding how this change would impact the ongoing support and management of niche games provided to the Australasian gaming community, the management team of JW and other like minded people formally associated with GamingSA have decided to take a brave new direction. JW are now members of the GamingAU Community! What this means for us: Well, a friendly new community, new friends, and a new era in Australian Gaming really. Servers are all hosted out of Sydney now, and thats about all that will change. Business as usual for JW, which usually consists of meeting nice people and shooting them, well virtually at least! If your aged 18 and over, would like to part of a fun casual gaming clan, then we may have just the spot for you! JW will celebrate its fifth birthday this june, and is opening the doors for new members. We started out playing Vietcong, then migrated to BF2 which we still play, and nowadays we also play some Frontlines and COD4. The clan has its own website (obviously), Teamspeak Server, and Two high powered server boxes hosted in a datacentre in Adelaide. This allows us the freedom to run pretty much any game servers we like. We are a friendly bunch of older blokes in the main, who play when they can, and enjoy a good laugh on TS while we shoot the living daylights out of each other and others. TeamSpeak is free, you will however need a microphone. While not enrolled in any comps currently, we are participating in the GA POE2 14Vs14 with ESF.
